The Reignwood LPGA Classic is the second LPGA open to be held in China, with the first edition held all the way back in 2008. As the only Chinese tournament with the largest prize money and official recognition on the LPGA tour, the Pine Vally LPGA Classic also marks the start of the LPGA autumn season in Asia. The scale and professional weight of this tournament has gained it worldwide attention from golfing fans everywhere and is set to be a competition that will play a big part in determining the world rankings and prize money rankings for the professional women’s circuit.
As for local representation in this prestigious competition, only the top 15 ranked players win the chance to compete. China’s best players such as Ye Liying, Zhang Na, Lin Xiyu, Li Jia Yun, Yang Tao Li and Shang Lin Yan are all making their final preparations to give the spectators present an exciting performance.
Golf is a game of etiquette for both players and spectators so there are some important rules to remember when following the action at Reignwood LPGA Classic.
OBEY THE MARSHALS
They are there to ensure the event runs smoothly for so please follow their instructions to ensure that everyone enjoys the world class golf.
STAND STILL DURING PLAY
The slightest movement or distraction can affect the player's concentration so help them to play their best by remaining motionless when they are taking a shot.
KEEP QUIET DURING SHOTS
Please refrain from making any noise when the players prepare and are about to take their shot so they can be at the top of their game. However please feel free to celebrate & commend them if they hit a good shot.
NO AUTOGRAPHS DURING PLAY
Please do not disturb the players during play and they will be more likely to spend time signing autographs after their hard work is done.
STAY BEHIND THE ROPES
The boundaries help everyone get a good view of the action without affecting play. Stay off the fairways and greens unless directed by a marshal at a crossing point.
BE RESPECTFUL TO ALL
Let's follow the players' example of good sportsmanship - whether they are your favourite or not, all the players deserve respect and encouragement.
Cameras are only allowed at Oak Hill Country Club Monday through Wednesday, and are not permitted on-site during Championship Rounds, Thursday through Sunday, Mobile device cameras may not be used to take photos during Championship Rounds.
Autographs may be requested and given at the contestants’ convenience at the Practice Range and Putting Green during Practice Rounds only.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY FOR SPECTATORS
Please observe the Leader Boards and Thru Boards for the Weather Warning Sign which will appear when inclement weather is approaching the site .When the signs appear, spectators are advised to take precautions and seek shelter PRIOR to play being suspended .If the sirens sound ,seek shelter immediately. In the event of inclement weather, please remember to avoid the following:

CONDUCT, CUSTOMS AND ETIQUETTE
Please be advised of the following standards of conduct and etiquette:
·Everyone is requested to display traditional customs of etiquette, decorum and behavior, and to obey all Championship policies, signs and verbal instructions of Championship Officials.
·For the safety of everyone and in keeping with policy established at major sporting events, running is considered to be unacceptable behavior.
·Although cheering and positive gallery responses to great play are encouraged, unsolicited and consistent calls from the gallery are prohibited.
·Please kneel or sit if you are in the front row and remain still throughout each shot.
MOBILE DEVICE POLICY
Those wishing to use their mobile devices will be asked to adjust the volume setting to “silent” or “vibrate” while at the Championship.
·Guests may accept or make phone calls in designated areas throughout the golf course, primarily near concession stands.
·Digital messaging and checking data is allowed on the golf course.
·Mobile device camera use is NOT permitted during the Championship Rounds.
·No video recording will be permitted at any time during Championship Week.
The holder hereof
(1) assumes all risk and danger incidental to the game of golf and holder’s attendance at the tournament and related activities, from all known or unknown causes and obvious or hidden conditions, , and releases the LPGA and its tournaments and their host sites, title sponsors, host organizations, players volunteers and all agents thereof from all liability resulting from holder’s attendance at the tournament
(2) grants permission to the LPGA to utilize the holder’s likeness incidental to television or other transmission of any LPGA event attended
(3) agrees not to transmit or facilitate transmission of any description, picture or reproduction of any LPGA event, including scoring-related data, without the advance written permission of the LPGA
(4) consents to the reasonable inspection of person and property for security purposes
(5) agrees not to seek autographs of players during Tournament rounds and
(6) agrees to abide by all policies established by the LPGA and the Tournament, and that a violation of these policies can be cause for forfeiture of ticket and removal from the Tournament site and related activities. Prohibited items include cameras (allowed before competition days only), coolers and firearms.
